If you love literature, this course will give you a great excuse to read to your heart's content! Then you can indulge yourself by discussing, thinking and writing about what you have read. This course offers something for every avid reader; you will examine great works of English Literature from the Romantic period through to the present day. During the course you will read and study eight texts, including Othello, Death of a Salesman, The Handmaid's Tale, The Kite Runner, and a collection of poems by John Keats and William Blake.
Students should have grades 9-4 in seven GCSE programmes, including GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics.
