Applied Psychology is a dynamic and engaging course that will allow you to immerse yourself in the study of the human mind. This hands-on qualification is equivalent to 1 A Level and will see you explore a range of Psychological theories. You’ll apply these theories and approaches to key topics such as gender, aggression, and consumer behaviour, broadening your understanding of the behaviours we see around us in our everyday lives. You’ll explore how the mind and body work together and, in turn, gain a clearer understanding of how these interactions can impact human behaviour.
Entry Criteria: To enroll on this as a minimum you will need 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including GCSE English Language or GCSE Maths. You must achieve EITHER grade 4 in GCSE Maths and/or GCSE English Language as re-sitting both is not permitted. GCSE Maths/English Language must not be below grade 3. You’ll need to meet the entry criteria for your chosen Pathway and you’ll also need to achieve a grade 4 in GCSE Maths.
