You will study a broad range of topics related to engineering including: • Engineering principles • Safe engineering processes • Product design and manufacture • Computer-aided design • Maintenance and condition monitoring
Students should have grades 9-4 in seven GCSE programmes including GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics. Students will preferably have a grade 7 or higher in GCSE Mathematics, but a grade of 6 will be considered if students can successfully demonstrate competency in a diagnostic assessment. Students must take either A-Level Maths or Physics alongside this course.
