This Level 3 Beauty Therapy course will enable you to be at the level industry requires from Beauty Therapists by learning and developing specialist skills and techniques in massage, facial electricals and tanning. The course will cover mandatory and optional units that will give specialist skills to progress your career options using the massage route in Beauty Therapy. Mandatory units include: - Skin tanning techniques including spray tanning - Facial electrics including Microdermabrasion - Swedish body massage - Aromatherapy massage - Indian head massage - Hot stone massage
Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or other relevant industrial experience
Practical assessments on models in a realistic working environment with industrial timings. Work experience is an integral part of this course if students are not already working in the industry. Theory assessments can consist of online or paper based tests.
