Why not study both Language and Literature as one A Level? Over the two-year A Level course, you will study a novel, a biography, a play, a selection of poetry and an anthology of non-fiction texts. You will also complete a non-examined assessment (coursework) where you will have some choice in the texts you study.
For our A Level programme our entry requirements are a minimum of 5x Grade 5. Level 6 in GCSE English.
At A Level the subject will be assessed by 80% examination and 20% coursework.
