Course summary

Health and Social care is a course with a broad range of units for you to study. You can choose to study the equivalent of one, two or three A-Levels. You will be given lots of opportunities to develop knowledge in a range of areas within the context of health and social care, including building positive relationships; equality, diversity and rights; health, safety and security; anatomy and physiology; safeguarding. If you have an interest in a route that involves caring for people then this course will provide an excellent basis for you to access the next stage of your learning journey.
