Course summary

Creative Media Production is an exciting course which gives you a great insight into the Media sector, combining research and practical elements. The externally set task and exam allows you to thoroughly explore the construction of current media products from the Film and Television sector which in turn supports the coursework element of the course. For each project, you will investigate existing media products before planning and developing your practical response to a brief. The course has a television and film specialism and there are opportunities to work in a range of areas including filming music videos and film excerpts, script writing and editing.
