This course covers a wide range of areas, including: customer service, marketing and sales roles in tourist boards, travel agencies, airlines and holiday companies. You will gain skills, experience and knowledge about travel and tourism in the UK and abroad in both European and long-haul destinations. This is a practical course, during which you will take part in many different activities and tasks.
You will need five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English Language, or a relevant Level 2 qualification at Merit grade with English Language at grade 4/C or above.
