Beauty therapy is an exciting and evolving industry. Trends and fashion are changing all the time and qualified therapists are needed to deliver professional, high-end treatments to a range of clients in various settings.
You will need two GCSE at grade 4 or above, including English Language and preferably Maths, to enrol on this course. You will also need to complete a practical skills assessment.
You will have an excellent experience and benefit from practical and theory lessons taught from an industry perspective to prepare you for the world of work on completion of the course. During practical lessons you will develop your skills in our state-of-the-art industry salons using the most up to date professional products and equipment to meet industry standards. In theory lessons you will develop your knowledge in our dedicated theory rooms by doing individual and group work, research tasks, assignments and revision tasks in preparation for completing online exams. During the course lecturers will assess your knowledge and skills in a range of different ways to ensure you are making progress and additional support is available if needed.
