Studying Music Technology at Barrow Hall College provides students with the knowledge and practical skills to excel in this industry. You will need to have a minimum of 5 A* - C grades at GCSE to study this course. You should have an interest in Music and the process of creating it, and you should be computer literate. If you have studied Music GCSE or NCFE Music Technology at Key Stage 4, you will need to have achieved at least a Grade B for GCSE Music, or a pass (equivalent to a C grade) for NCFE Music Technology. The required skills will be taught as you progress through the course. - To study A-Level subjects, you will need to achieve a minimum of 3 grade 5s and 2 grade 4s at GCSE including Maths and English Language.
