English Literature A level is the analytical study of the three literary forms of drama, poetry and prose. Students will read widely and closely developing their enjoyment of literature with a focus on set texts as well as other wider reading. Students will develop skills of literary analysis, evaluation of the texts and consideration of the impact of context on the texts studied and the interpretations of other readers.
