Course summary

This course focuses on the health, social care and early years sector. It requires learners in the first year to sit one written exam and complete one piece of coursework. If you decide to continue this course into the second year, you will complete a further exam and one piece of coursework. You will cover a wide range of health and social care topics which will include human lifespan development, theorists and their work on human development, working in health and social care, anatomy and physiology, meeting individual support needs, promoting public health and many more.
