Course summary

This course is ideal for you if you wish to pursue a career in the Childcare industry. The purpose of the T Level (technical qualification), is to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to progress into skilled employment, higher-level technical training or a university programme within the education sector. This course offers you an attractive alternative to A Levels and apprenticeships. An industry-based work placement is required to run alongside your course, this must be a minimum of 750 hours and will further reinforce your newly learned skills and offer a true insight into the childcare industry. The Early Years Educator T Level – Teaching Assistant Pathway program at Inspire Education Group is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of early childhood education and the essential skills required to support educators and children in educational settings. This two-year course prepares students for rewarding careers as teaching assistants, focusing on the needs of young learners. This course would enable you to go to university and study topics such as; Education studies, Primary/Secondary teaching, Education and SEN This course does not give you a license to practice so additional qualifications may be required to work in some sectors.
