Person and Business Finance Optional units: 14. Investigating Customer Service

It is not a requirement that you have studied Business Studies before, but you should also have an interest in exploring the world of business in a highly practical way.
There are a total of 4 units to complete over a 2 year period; there are 3 mandatory units and 1 optional; 2 out of the 3 mandatory units are externally assessed by Edexcel, 1 of which is a coursework task and the other is an examination.
