Course summary

If you’re looking for a career in the coaching or teaching industries – or hoping to progress onto a higher education sports degree, then this course provides an excellent foundation for your development towards your goals. You will learn through a mix of theory-based and practical sessions to give you a solid grounding in all aspects of sports coaching. All students will complete a ten-week placement at a local primary school, where you will deliver physical education lessons to pupils of all ages.
