Course summary

At SCA, we believe this explains the importance of history today. We encourage students to study a wide range of historical time periods to develop a sense of the importance of history and how it has impacted every part of the world. • Study of a wide range of periods of history, including Germany 1919-1963, Early Tudors 1485-1558, Russia 1855-1964 and America between the two World Wars. • Focus on developing writing, communication and analytical skills. • Exclusive opportunity for two students to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau in Poland. • Lectures and seminars presented by subject experts to help broaden historical knowledge and develop exam skills.
