Anyone who: • Wishes to study French or other languages at university • Wishes to pursue a career in France or abroad • Wishes to have a language in addition to another skill, thus broadening their horizons.
A minimum of 5 GCSE passes (including both English and Mathematics) at Grade 4 or higher. Grade 6 in GCSE French.
There are three externally assessed (exam) papers at A-Level. The speaking exam is split into two parts; one being questions on a theme studied throughout the two-year course; the other being a presentation and questions on a topic that the student will have individually researched.
