You'll learn how to work with children between birth and 7 years of age. The course will cover the holistic development of children up to the age of 7 years 11 months which will include development, play, theories, safeguarding and much more. Having successfully completed the Level 3 qualification, you can either head into employment or continue your studies with a degree-level course.
You will need to have GCSE Maths, English Language and two additional subjects at grade 4 (C) or above.
There is a controlled assessment in first and second years that is compulsory to pass.
