Understand the physics of Earth, from energy to electricity, how does it all work? A Level Physics is a two year course which will give you the opportunity to study a range of topics such as Electricity, Mechanics, Particles, Radioactivity and nuclear energy, Waves and Astrophysics. Many students who enjoy, and successfully complete, this subject typically progress onto a range of degree courses including: Physics, Physical Sciences, Engineering and Medicine.
For our A Level programme our entry requirements are a minimum of 5x Grade 5. Level 6 in GCSE Maths and Science.
You will be assessed by three written examinations at the end of two years. Practical work will be assessed throughout the course and will be shown as an endorsement on the final certificate.
