In year 12 you will perform an extract from a set text and devise a piece based on the set text. You will also study the work of two recognised practitioners and review a live production. In year 13 you will respond practically to a set theme. You will study two set texts (one pre 20th Century) from the standpoint of a director, actor and as a member of the audience.
- Grade 5 in English and a Grade 5 in Drama. - At least grade 5 in both GCSE English Language and Maths as well as 3 other GCSEs at grade 5 or equivalent.
Component 1 reinterpretation task (40%), Component 2 practical and process report (40%), Component 3 Written exam (40%). This is a full A Level and does not run as an AS.
