Level 3 mathematical studies (Core Math) is a qualification designed for students who have achieved a grade 5 or above at GCSE. It helps to develop students’ mathematical skills and thinking and supports courses such as A-level psychology, sciences and geography, as well as technical and vocational qualifications. 4 GCSEs at or above grade 6 with a 5 or above in English language and they should have completed at least 8 GCSEs 5 or above in GCSE math's 4 or above in GCSE math's considered with teacher evidence
