Art and Design A Level

Course summary

Art A Level is assessed by 100% coursework and the topic is chosen by the student. The Art Department will provide outstanding support for all students. During the Art A Level qualification students will benefit from gallery visits, Artists workshops, and Art school / Art university lectures. Art and Design is a demanding A Level. It requires resilience and a willingness to work through problems and reflect on work independently. A love of creativity, awareness of oneself and the surrounding world is also essential.
