Studying the A-Level, you will quickly realise there are some similarities in content to GCSE however, the course takes you much deeper into a range of theories.
Students should ideally have studied Geography at GCSE and achieved a Grade 5 or higher.
The course is assessed in the following way; Paper 1 (Physical): Written exam: 2 hours 30 minutes, 120 marks, 40% of A-level Paper 2 (Human): Written exam: 2 hours 30 minutes, 120 marks, 40% of A-level NEA: 3,000–4,000 words, 60 marks, 20% of A-level
