Course summary

You will study the nature of business using business models, theories and techniques to support analysis of contemporary business issues and situations. The content contains topics and issues that are relevant in today’s society, through key contemporary developments such as digital technology, business ethics and globalisation. You will be able to assess and understand the activity of a business from the financial aspect to the strategic actions that the business is taking. This A level would lead directly into subject related university courses and careers, and indirectly into a wide range of higher education courses and career choices.
