AQA A Level Art, Craft, and Design: A broad-based course exploring practical and critical/contextual work through a range of 2D and/or 3D processes and media associated with two or more of the titles below. • Fine art • Graphic communication • Textile design • Three-dimensional design • Photography Our A‐level Art and Design course is a natural progression for students who have taken the GCSE Art and Design course. It provides students with opportunities to develop personal responses to ideas, observations, experiences, environments, and cultures in practical, critical, and contextual forms. The specification comprises two units at A Level. Students should be introduced to a variety of experiences employing a range of media, processes, and techniques appropriate to the chosen area of study.
