
Sociology is the scientific study of society. It allows us to understand social processes and to ultimately improve social policy and welfare. Sociologists are interested in social stratification, social class, social mobility, culture, religion, secularisation, law and deviance.
Grade 5 in GCSE English Language and grade 4 Mathematics. GCSE Sociology is not required to study the A Level.
Three 2 hour exams at the end of year 13.
