The course provides both theoretical and practical study and links with the national occupational standards in health and social care. It provides the knowledge, skills, and understanding required for a career in this sector. You will be required to complete a minimum of 100 hours of work experience in a variety of placements.
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths or successful completion of level 2 NVQ, Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Intermediate Apprenticeship
Assessments will be via an Exam, controlled assessment & written assignments
