You will be assessed through a combination of internal and external assessment: Dispute Solving in Civil Law Externally Assessed through examination (worth 25% of overall grade) Investigating Aspects of Criminal Law and the Legal System Internally Assessed through assignment work (worth 25% of overall grade) Applying the Law Externally Assessed through examination (worth 33% of overall grade) Aspects of Family Law Internally Assessed through assignment work (worth 17% of overall grade)
