Engineering is a big word and a big subject. There are a lot of engineering careers in the local and wider area and many of them will offer apprenticeships and will even pay for you to go to university. This course focuses on a range of skills and knowledge to prepare you for an apprenticeship or further education at university. There is a shortage of skilled engineers in our country and employment prospects are increasing dramatically. Are you ready for the challenge? Entry requirements

Students who don’t achieve a grade 4 or equivalent in GCSE English and maths must continue to study them in the 6th form.
