Every business needs to balance the books, submit their taxes and pay staff and suppliers. Whether you go straight into employment - for example, as a finance officer or accounts clerk - or want the skills and confidence to begin further training, a rewarding career starts here. This is a two year, triple A Level course for students who wish to pursue a career in accounting or in another area of the financial sector. The A Level in Business will cover a variety of topics including: Managers, leadership and decision making; decision making to improve financial performance; decision making to improving marketing performance; decision making to improve human resource performance; analysing the strategic position of a business; managing strategic change; choosing strategic direction.
