Are you thinking about a future working in education? Want to work with children and young people of all ages? Our Level 3 T-Level in Education & Childcare course will give you the foundation you need to set you on the path towards your ideal career. Focussing on working with children aged 0-19, the T-Level qualification combines learning in the classroom with gaining vital ‘on-the-job’ experience. As part of the two-year course, you will gain core knowledge of subjects such as supporting education, health and wellbeing, safeguarding and Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), as well as developing a range of technical and practical skills that employers are looking for.
You'll need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including maths and English Language, in subjects that are relevant to the course you'd like to study.
You will be assessed through written and practical examinations, employer projects, group work, presentations and analysis. You will also be observed and assessed in the workplace
