During your time at Littlehampton Academy College, you will study four units: Anatomy and Physiology, Fitness Training and Programming for Health, Sport and Well-being Performance, Professional Development in the Sports Industry, and Practical Sports Performance. These units will give you a hands-on and applied experience of what it’s like to play a high level of sport, analyze your practical sporting ability, explore the science behind human physiology, and prepare you for a life of sport after education.
