Course summary

This qualification is intended for those wanting to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the electrical industry. You will study the following units: > Health and Safety > Communication within Building Services Engineering > Principles of Electrical Science > Installation of Wiring Systems and Enclosures > Electrical Installations Technology. You'll practice your skills in our well equipped workshops, and be guided on your next steps by our industry experienced tutors. We'll also help you to improve your English and maths skills too - they're so important in the industry so you can communicate with others, and cost for materials and projects! Your industry placement will be key to learning more about the industry, as well as practicing the skills you've learnt in College in a real life setting.> This qualification is assessed through online exams and practical work > You will need to purchase College uniform which isavailable at a discounted price through our uniform partners.
