The core units are: • The Business Environment • Working in Business • Business Decisions • Customers and Communication • Marketing • Project Management • Responsible Business Practices • International Business This course really focuses on the vocational aspects of Business so you will find a lot of teaching is based on case studies, application to a variety of different businesses, visiting speakers, role plays, and visits to industry.
A minimum of five GCSEs, at Grades A* – C/4 – 9, including English Language, from a mixture of GCSEs and equivalents. This course requires students to have achieved grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths.
Students will be assessed by a mixture of: Assignments – set and marked internally. Written exams – set and marked by the exam board.
