This course is all about recording, interpreting and evaluating the financial performance of business. The types of topics which are covered include: • Double-entry bookkeeping • Final accounts The second year of the course develops the above themes in more depth and also introduces new concepts such as incomplete records, partnership accounts and capital investment appraisal.
