Mathematics (Further)

Course summary

Note that this course can only be taken in conjunction with the A level Mathematics course. This is a challenging course and a passion for the subject is necessary – along with sound GCSE results. We have chosen to follow the Edexcel Further Mathematics course for A level, students wishing to take this option will continue to be taught the Mathematics A level course along with other students. Unlike the Mathematics A Level course, there is an element of choice for some of the taught content. Those modules that we have selected are marked with an asterisk below and these are subject to change year-on-year but gives an indication of our choice for the coming year.
