Ever wondered if prison really does change criminal behaviour? Or why some people conform? Or perhaps if the experiences you had before the age of five really do shape the person you are today? Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and human behaviour. Psychologists observe and conduct experiments to find out more about the way people act and interact. They try to understand what motivates us, challenges, or changes us and use this understanding to help us tackle personal and social problems.
- Students are required to have obtained 5 good GCSE passes at grade 4, or above. This must include a grade 5 in English, Maths and the relevant Science qualification at GCSE. - Individual subject minimum GCSE requirements (these apply in addition to our Sixth Form entry criteria of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English Language and Maths*)
