Course summary

You will gain an awareness of the World and its people as well as an understanding of the latest developments in environmental issues. Engage critically with real-world issues and places and assess major issues including place identity, rising sea levels, rise of new superpowers, energy and water supplies, migration and national identity. Students achieve high grades at AS and most go on to A2 and every year many go on to study university courses in Geography or related subjects such as Geology, Ecology or International Development. This A Level can be successfully combined with any other A level subjects. Current students are also studying Sciences, Psychology, English, Photography, Maths, History and Law for example.

Entry requirements

At least 5 GCSEs at Grade 9-5 including English Language and Maths.
