Course summary

Geography studies the relationship of human populations to each other over space and time, as well as their relationship with the physical environment at a variety of scales from the local to the global. If you have studied the subject at GCSE you will find that some of the units will be discussing familiar core themes in more detail, while other units will introduce you to completely new areas of study. This Geography A-Level will help you prepare for undergraduate study in subjects such as; Ecology, Geology, Human Geography and Land Geography.

Entry requirements

- Grade 5 in a GCSE Geography or Humanities subject - 5 GCSE's at Grades 9 – 4, including a Grade 4 in Maths and English (Language or Literature).
