Sports and Exercise Science focuses on the scientific principles and techniques applied to enhance human performance and improve physical health. It combines various disciplines such as physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, psychology, and exercise programming. If you are passionate about physical development and analysis, this course is for you. This course is equivalent to one A Level, so you'll also need to choose two additional A Level subjects to study alongside this Extended Certificate. This course is vocational so will feel more hands-on than an A Level and will help you develop many employability skills. Our Sixth Form is located at Loxton Campus. This purpose-built facility has been designed to simulate a university environment, preparing you for future higher education studies.
