Over a two year BTEC L3 course you will be encouraged to advance your engineering skills set through study of mechanics, electronics, materials science, mathematics and computer aided design (CAD). For our Advanced Vocational courses our entry requirements are a minimum of 5x Grade C/Level 4 including either Maths and Science with English Language at Level 4. Some courses and subjects will have additional specific entry requirements or require DBS clearance to undertake placements. Information about this can be found on the Apply Portal, and on your offer letter which you will receive after your interview.
Assessment of student work will include project and assignment written and practical work, with the addition of external examinations.
