New students: Four GCSEs at grade 4 and above to include maths and English.* Progressing students: Level 2 Diploma at Merit plus English and maths. A satisfactory reference for attitude, behaviour, attendance and punctuality. *The College reserves the right to ask for a school reference if required.
BTEC Nationals are assessed using a combination of internal assessments, which are set and marked by teachers, and external assessments which are set and marked by Pearson: • mandatory units have a combination of internal and external assessments. • all optional units are internally assessed.
