Course summary

In this course students will develop their interest and enjoyment of Drama and Theatre both as a participant and as an informed member of an audience. They will gain insight into theatre processes and develop their understanding and appreciation of the significance of social, cultural and historical influences on the development of Drama and Theatre. Students will work practically with other students to explore a range of different theatre genres, practitioners and texts, as well as developing their skills as a performer and director.
