Design and Technology (Product Design)

Course summary

This course offers a unique opportunity for students to identify and solve real problems by designing and making products in a wide range of contexts relating to their personal interests. Design and technology develop a wide range of skills and encourage imagination, innovative thinking, creativity, and independence. Students will also consider the broader impact that design and manufacture have on the world and be encouraged to show an awareness of this in their work.
