This course enables students to: ● Develop an enthusiasm for studying business ● Gain a holistic understanding of business in a range of contexts ● Develop a critical understanding of organisations and their ability to meet society’s needs and wants ● Understand that business behaviour can be studied from a range of perspectives A level Business introduces students to the fundamental principles of all business, enabling them to assess for example why a company like Zara became a multinational success at a time when other clothes retailers like Jaeger and American Apparel were disappearing from the high street.
Students will be required to have 5 or more GCSE passes (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above.
3 papers at the end of Year 2 - each two hours long
