Course summary
This is a one-year program, designed for you to have a career in Food and Beverage. We have developed this course to ensure you gain a range of skills that are required for different food and beverage establishments. A sample of units that will be covered through the year will be as follows: Food Safety in Catering, Legislation in Food and Beverage Service, Menu knowledge and design, Principles of Beverage Products knowledge and Handling payment, and Maintaining the Payment Point.
