A Level Business Studies is ideal for students with an interest in how businesses are created and run, and the factors which contribute to their success or failure as well as how they interact with the society they operate in. You will develop your problem-solving skills, learn how to present arguments and explore what makes a good business decision.
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, including both Maths and English.
There are two components to this course which will be assessed via examination Paper 1 consists of ten multiple choice questions that can cover any of the subjects studied in the first year along with four short questions and one small case study. Paper 2 is based on a case study in which you will be expected to answer short answer questions as well as a full essay structured questions.
