This course provides an exciting and enjoyable pathway qualification to help you either enter employment or proceed to Higher Education. By studying a BTEC Level 3 National, learners develop the knowledge, understanding and skills required by the A broad basis of study for the health science sector, including essential employability skills, and apply them in real work contexts.
This course builds on the knowledge and understanding of GCSE science. It is expected that students will have achieved a 5-5 or above in combined science, or two single sciences, and a 5 in English Language (we will consider high 4-4 grades accompanied by 5 in maths).
