From starting a new business and managing its finances, operations, marketing and people, to planning for long-term growth and global expansion, the course will prepare young adults for successful careers with multi-national corporations as well as providing a pathway to higher level and specialised study in particular aspects of business.
Students will need a minimum of three grade 4s and three grade 5s at GCSE including a grade 5 in English and a grade 4 in Maths. Additional Information: We will consider 1 Vocational qualification in place of a GCSE as long as a grade 5 is achieved in English.
The two-year course will consist of three exams. Paper 1 will assess marketing, people and the global business. Paper 2 will focus on business activity, decision making and strategy. Paper 3 will examine overall knowledge locally, nationally and globally.
