Course summary

A robust legal system is the foundation of a fair society. If you feel strongly about concepts like justice and equality then this A Level course could be very rewarding for you. Studying Law gives students an understanding of the role of law in society and raises awareness of the rights and responsibilities of individuals. By learning about legal rules, students develop analytical ability, decision making, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs graded 9 to 4 including grade 6 or higher in English Language and History.

How you'll be assessed

Exam-based assessment at end of second year – three exams. Internally assessed exams end of first year.
